So far in 2024, 101 single family homes have sold in the village. 82 condos sold in the first 9 months of the year. Median price for homes was $2,500,000 and $972,500 for condos. This was nearly a 10% increase from 2023 in the same period.
I expect a growth rate of close to 10% in median prices over the next year. 30 year mortgage interest rates are still high at over 6%. However, as rates begin to fall, I believe buyers will see the value in purchasing in our village.
