Lake Tahoe area home sale number of units sold is down in 2019 compared to this time last year. But the median price for single family homes in Incline Village is up 10% since last year. This downturn in sales volume was not expected and is not what realtors hoped for. So even though there are fewer sales, they have been for higher dollar amounts.
