Median list price for homes in the village is now $1,635,000. Prices could see a downward trend and it appears we are in a buyer’s market as we have more properties available and fewer buyers looking.
Median list price for Condos is $574,000. The market for condos is cooling a bit and prices have stayed steady indicating a seller’s market. However, as more condos are listed and demand is less, prices will move lower.
