Believe it or not, sales volume in the Village exceeded $567 million. 440 properties sold in 2018 compared to 445 in 2017. Even with the incredible turbulence in the market, 2018 was a good year for sales in the Village.
Looking ahead to this year, we are already seeing a decrease in inventory. As a vacation home market, buyers seem to be waiting for inventory to increase. Many owners may start to list properties before the busy July 4 listing period.
