Everyone in the Village and skiers and boarders are all wondering why the snow has not arrived. So far since February the Lake Tahoe area has had little snow. Temperature in Incline has been in the 40’s and 50’s. We are hoping for that Miracle March we had many years ago when so much snow fell we could hardly dig our way out.
As for real estate, fewer properties are coming on the market. Inventory of single family homes and condos continues to be in short supply. As of March 13, 23 homes and 20 condos were listed for sale in the Village.
Prices ranged from $425,00 to $3,150,000 for condos, and $750,000 to $12,650,000 for single family homes. There continues to be multiple offers for desirable properties. Lets hope that as we get closer to summer, more properties will come on the market and the surge in prices will start to abate.
