The last couple of weeks we have had mild days and cold nights. No measurable snow to report, but the ski areas are making snow and Mt Rose is open. Some others will open this weekend.
Single family homes and Condo sales are flat and the Village is finally quiet. Some bargain hunters will be looking, but the summer buying season is over.
